The Best Way to Drink Apple Cider Vinegar
Most people who have tried apple cider vinegar know how bad it tastes! Hopefully this recipe will help make it a bit more enjoyable. I use Bragg’s organic apple cider and organic cranberry juice. Please note that the cranberry juice is as the label state, simple cranberry.
There are no added sugars or sweetners, just cranberry juice and water. I start with the apple cider vinegar (1-2 tsps or more if you can handle it) this way the other liquids mix it up as they are poured into your glass.
Next, I add 2 tbs of cranberry juice followed by the water. The cranberry juice does a great job of masking the flavor of the acv and the acidity so it doesn’t give you that mild burn in your throat. Not to mention cranberry juice is loaded with benefits itself making this a very beneficial drink!
