For 7 Days:

No soda or carbonated drinks.

Now or little bread.

No pasta

No Sweets (Candy, chocolate, cookies, brownies, processed artificial junk foods)

No Alcohol

No Red Meat

 

Daily checklist:

Glass of citrus juice

Drink at least 6 bottles of water.

Eat steamed fish or chicken.

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Get at least a 30 minute workout in.

At least 2 hours of waist training exercises.
