40 bedroom tips every woman must know
No matter what stage of life you’re at, there’s always room for improvement. In this day and age, we’re always too busy to get those wise words of advice from the people who’ve been there before, but if you want to make 2019 your best year yet and become the best version of yourself before you’re well into your forties (and beyond) you need to have a bit of life advice that you can actually learn from. There are some very successful women who are redefining what forty (and beyond) actually looks like, for example, January Jones, Jennifer Lopez, and Gwyneth Paltrow so take some inspiration from them while you’re trying to live your best life, whether you’re eighteen or eighty – age is just a number.

1 Look as stupid as possible enjoying as much of life as possible.
2 Looking at the past is good, yearning for it is pointless.
3 You won’t get more time, do what you’ve been putting off now.
4 Self-care is more than running a bath, it’s what you wear, what you do, how you feel, and who you spend time with.

6 Try to think about your life from an outsider’s perspective, you have so much to be grateful for and in awe of.
7 Nothing good comes from being unprepared. Your ultimate weapon in life is a planner.
